Condors Announced as Host of 2026 CCAA Women's Soccer National Championship

Canadian Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) is proud to announce that Conestoga College will host the 2026 CCAA Women’s Soccer National Championship in Cambridge, ON, from November 11–14, 2026.

The event will take place at the Fountain Street Soccer Complex, the state-of-the-art home of the Conestoga Condors Women’s Soccer program.

“Conestoga College is committed to delivering an outstanding championship that celebrates athletic excellence while engaging our community,” said Andrew Bates, Director of Sport and Recreation at Conestoga and Tournament Chair. “We are proud to showcase our facilities, staff, and student-athletes on the national stage.”

Located in the heart of Waterloo Region, Conestoga College is the area’s premier provider of polytechnic education, serving more than 30,000 students across eight communities. The Condors have a strong tradition of athletic achievement, including recent provincial and national success in men’s soccer. This will mark the first time the institution hosts a CCAA Women’s Soccer National Championship.

The Waterloo Region has a proven track record of hosting major sporting events, including the Canadian National Rowing, Wrestling and Cyclocross Championships, as well as the upcoming 2026 Ontario Summer Games. With strong community backing, the championship promises to deliver an exceptional experience for athletes, coaches, officials, and fans alike.

The 2026 CCAA Women’s Soccer National Championship will bring together the top eight collegiate programs from across the country to compete for national supremacy.

“Conestoga College will be an excellent host for this event,” said Marlene Ford, CCAA National Women’s Soccer Convenor. “Their commitment to the student-athlete experience, combined with the quality of the facilities and community support, will ensure a memorable championship for all involved.”

The 2025 CCAA Women's Soccer Championship is being held at Red Deer Polytechnic in Red Deer, AB, November 5-8, 2025.
